Always with Us

Losing a pet can be difficult. For centuries, people have honored canine friends that have passed on through special burials, memorials, or simply by keeping a favorite memory alive in their hearts.

I will never get over Valentine's death, but every day since that time I ask God to help me get through it. I have a dog now who is almost as good as Valentine. Everyone says that I spend way too much time with him. He rules my house! If they only knew the whole story, that I once had a war dog named Valentine and loved him.
